I understand and acknowledge that Women 2 The Rescue, LLC (hereinafter "W2TR") is a referral service and will refer contractors and/or service professionals who have been screened, consistent with W2TR prescreening program, to be considered by me to accomplish a job that I described to a representative of W2TR. Any arrangements made, or contracts negotiated are strictly between the me and the contractor. I understand that the contractors and/or service professionals referred are independent of W2TR, i.e., such contractors and/or service professionals are not the agents for, employees of or investors in W2TR. I hereby acknowledge that W2TR has not made any representation to me as to the work to be performed or the nature or quality of the work anticipated to be accomplished. I agree to satisfy myself that the contractor meets the standards of work I require. I hereby hold W2TR harmless from any defect in workmanship, negligence in workmanship, defect in materials, default, damage, injury or expense arising out of the work performed by a contractor and/or service professional referred by W2TR to me and hired by me.
